Part Organ’s Characteristic and Predominance in General Adoption of the Market Principle

Abstract: Part organ faces to market, including audience and advertizer. In the side, Province part organ is different from city part organ. It is necessary for part organ to conceive new mechanism adapting to market and innovate content emphasizing intenerated official news, remote policy service and cogent critical news.
